Will you tell me to throw some of of my stuff away?
Absolutely not. I’ll be there alongside you, and help you decide what to keep and what to let go of, by asking relevant questions. The decision though is entirely yours. I’ll also show you how to store or display what you decide to keep.
Will you take away the stuff I don't need?
On the day I can help you put things in the rubbish and recycling bins, but I’m not able to remove and dispose of things. I can, however, suggest where the best place would be to take the things you decide to let go of.
Will I need to tidy up or clean first?
No, there’s no need to do anything beforehand. In fact, I’d recommend that you don’t do anything at all after 5pm the previous day…just have a nice relaxed evening and a good night’s sleep.
Is there anything I need to provide?
Yes, please provide bin bags and cleaning materials.

What will you think when I show you the clutter?
Trust me, I’ve seen it all before. I’m here to help you, and will make no judgement on anything I see or hear. I genuinely love clutter clearing, and am here to help you.
How long will it take?
There are 3 options to choose from: 3 hours, 6 hours, or series of 3 or 6 hours, depending on how much you want to clear.
What about confidentiality?
I am registered with the ICO (Information Commissions Officer), and you can rest assured that all your details and the details of the consultation are all confidential.
What are the fees?
It’s £50 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Special discounts are available for some packages.
Are there any other expenses?
Travel expenses, and payment for boxes that we’ll use for sorting (these are roughly £1.50 each). If the distance requires an overnight stay, there’ll be hotel expenses. In certain circumstances, travel time will also be taken into account.
Which areas do you cover?
I can travel to London, the Home Counties, and South East England. I’m also able to travel to most other areas of the UK too.
How can the fees be paid?
Payment can be made beforehand by direct bank transfer or credit card via Paypal.
